Bit of a cheap shot in the context of a failed venture. Though the fit and proper person test comes to mind in the context of the litigation in Victoria that spun out of this previous startup.
Just a note, Luke Bunbury is the deputy CEO I think they corrected the online revision of the article, not the CEO.
Certainly a lot more scrutiny to come of all bank staff, even the Neo banks. No doubt the existing PR machine of the Big 4 is working overdrive to find and send dirt to the AFR…
