Separate logons for App, Community and Trello

Why should customers need 3 logons if they want to access the App, post on the Community and vote on the RoadMap (Trello). Seems some thought needs to be given to improving Integration - it feels like I’m accessing multiple unrelated entities.

Oh so that’s why I couldn’t work out how to vote!

Important to keep your banking details different to anywhere else, might feel more clunky, but it’s more secure. This is standard for any FSO community.

Trello is a separate platform all together not owned by Xinja. I suppose the only compromise would be to build the roadmap into the xinja.com.au website itself? I’m not opposed to that.

Separate logins for each of the Xinja proprietary platforms also means that users are able to check out and contribute to Community first, as a way of taking a peek at what all the buzz is about – the brand, values, products – before deciding on whether to become a paying customer. I think that joining Community sold me on Xinja moreso than the media coverage, product review sites, etc.!

Hey all and welcome @Elle ! We are using third parties for both the roadmap (Trello) and the forum (Discourse). So they’re not integrated with our systems at all. This was deliberate - it gave us functionality etc. that it would have used up valuable resource to build but more importantly, it allows anyone to participate (as @Jill said - you don’t have to be a customer) and it minimises data security risks and allows effective anonymity. We were following the path of Monzo in the UK who used both these services for these purposes.
