Service Status functionality

A good feature for when there are technical problems would be to add a Service Status options/button to let customers know what’s wrong and when the outage started/ended.
It would be great if this was updated as soon as a problem arose/was resolved because many service providers don’t do this and it ties up customer service with lots of unnecessary queries (and usually frustratingly long wait times for their customers).

It’s an interesting idea @TommyW and it has come up in the forum once or twice before.
Not in the current plan but might happen down the track :crystal_ball:
